New Stove?

Post by manyhawks on 21st November 2008, 3:08 pm

I'm in the market for a new stove. Does anyone have any experience with the Jenn Air brand? Do they manufacture a quality product?

There is a place on Winstead Avenue that sells Jenn-Air grills.

Hey does that model have a fan that sucks the fumes from the stove?

Do they suck good?

I bought a jenn-aire stove from Bass Brothers in Momeyer a while back. They had the best price. It is ok. I do think the line is over-hyped but I have not researched it recently. Try www.consumerreports.org ??

Thank you for your reply. It seems like no matter what I post there are a few that have to try their best to ruin the thread.

It was and is a legitamate question. My stove is almost 25 years old.

There isn't a Winstead Avenue in Wilson that I know of Equal. Where are you talking about?

I see where you are going. Give it up. That's what got the WDT forum shut down.

Alan, you and your friends are what ultimately caused the problems. You and your cronies were the disease, me and my friends were simply the cure.

Re: New Stove?

My wife Teresa and I were reading over the forums over after dinner drinks and could not help but notice the inquiries into a stove. By stove I concurred that you are speaking of the appliance food is cooked upon so I summoned two of our cooks to get their opinions. They informed my wife and myself that we have in out kitchen both a jenn air and an eight burner stove that is gas powered. Since Teresa and I spend very little time in the kitchen, leaving that area to our domestics we not well versed on offering advice. I do know that that the chef we employ at our winter home in the Bahamas, who just recently came to us after serving the Kennedys for many years, requested that we remodel out kitchen there and install a jenn air which we were more than happy to do. I can refer you to him should you desire more advice on kitchen applainces.

I will advise you that at your next gathering, be it Thanksgiving or a simple dinner party, that Heinz products add that final touch of goodness to all of your favorite dishes.
